If you are an individual, a small business, a call shop or cellular operator, or an operator of Internet Cafes, and you want to provide VOIP calls to the public telephone network, I can help.
Your software or hardware based telephone adaptor that uses the SIP protocol can be configured to place calls through my SIP PBX/gateway. I will provide you with a user ID and password upon receipt of a pre-paid deposit. I prefer payment through PayPal, but accept transfers through Moneybookers (Europe's PayPal), Western Union, MoneyGram, direct bank (Swift or ACH), or other arrangements.
I have multiple carrier relationships in Los Angeles, New York, London, Munich, Bruxelles, and Singapore and I can generally provide calls at a good price. The VOIP industry is hyper-competitive and as the price of a call approaches $0 the quality can approach zero as well. I concentrate on high quality; if my prices seem a little high in certain cases please do not hesitate to ask me to investigate options.

A commentaire au sujet des taux. Notre table de taux ci-dessous montre le plus bas et moyenne prix à un assortiment des pays. En général, les taux aux lignes téléphoniques de PSTN sont les plus bas, et des taux aux mobil phones sont les plus hauts (souvent beaucoup plus haut). Cependant, dans quelques pays ce modèle est renversé, et les taux aux mobil phones peuvent être inférieurs à des lignes de terre. Nous affichons ces taux dans les 6-deuxièmes incréments et les appels qui sont moins de 12 seconds dedans la durée ne sont pas chargées. Cette politique vous compense les appels qui n'étaient pas accompli, ou appelle qui a débranché rapidement en raison des problèmes techniques. Notez que facture de beaucoup de fournisseurs dans 60, et égalisez parfois les 120 seconde incréments, ainsi maintenez cela dans l'esprit en comparant des taux! |

A comment about rates. The rate table here shows both the lowest and the average price to an assortment of countries. In general, rates to PSTN telephone lines are the lowest, and rates to mobile telephones are the highest (often much higher). However, in some countries this pattern is reversed, and rates to mobile phones can be lower than land lines. We bill these rates in 6-second increments and calls that are less than 12 seconds in duration are not charged. This policy compensates you for calls that were not completed, or calls which disconnected quickly because of technical problems. Note that many vendors bill in 60, and sometimes even 120 second increments, so keep that in mind when comparing rates!
