Please help us find Willy

Have you seen a black dog with a soft, wavy single coat, lots of facial hair ("fall" & "beard"), a 5 in. docked tail, and folded ears?

Willy is a 12 year old, neutered male Kerry Blue Terrier.

Willy was last seen the morning of February 6, 2006 in Devnver, Colorado at University Boulevard and Evans Avenue.

At that time he was not wearing a collar.

Willy may be misidentified as a Poodle, Schnauzer, Puli, Scottie, black Airedale or Portuguese Water Dog, Bouvier or some combination thereof.

Willy’s family is heartbroken and desperate to find him.

What to look for

·         a soft, wavy single black coat

·         lots of soft facial hair (“fall” & “beard”)

·         5 inch docked tail

·         folded ears

·         18 inches at the back (technically “withers” = The highest point on a dog behind the neck, typically the point of the shoulder blades.”)

·         weighs about 35 lbs

Sightings

Responding to a flyer the owner had posted, someone called and reported that they saw Willy pulled out of harms way on a very busy street the morning he disappeared, near his home, by a woman who put him in a car with 2 little girls.
